Refund policy

30 day returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, clean and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@alohamagnettowels.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send it. Items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.

Change of mind returns
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refunded.

Sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept change of mind returns on sale items or gift cards.

Product appearance
Some product images are AI generated for illustration purposes. Minor differences in colour, shade, pattern or detail caused by lighting, screen settings or production batch are not considered a defect and are not grounds for a refund. If the item you receive is faulty or significantly different from its description, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original once your return is approved and place a new order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact support@alohamagnettowels.com.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer law that applies in your country.
